MRS. VIVIAN HAWES

We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Vivian Hawes, 80, Moncks Corner, SC who entered into eternal rest on Wednesday morning, August 10, 2023 at her residence with her loving children and family by her bedside. Mrs.Vivian will forever be the loving mother of Kevin Reaves, Kina Ayers (Quinton, Sr.), Michael Hawes (Keisha), Wanda Brown (LaMont) and Salathian Hawes; 18 loving grandchildren and 11 great-grands; loving siblings: Kenneth Reaves, Tyrone Reaves, William Evans (Elaine), George Evans (Mary), Brenda Roper (Benjamin), Erline Evans, Vanessa Roper (Jerry) and Kathy Edwards (Gene); brother & sister in law: Saul Keaton (Joyce); special friends: Blanch Mann, Edna Smith, Sandra Addison, Ms. Francis Judge and Lucille Brown and a host of many other loving family and friends.

Mrs. Vivian was preceded in death by her husband the Late George Hawes; parents Walter & Mildred Reaves; sister Sharon Polite; niece Shantel McMiller; brother-in-law Nathan Polite; sister-in-law Queen Reaves.

The family will be receiving family and friends at their residence. A face mask is required to be worn and kept on at all time while at the residence. You are welcome to leave your condolences on our Tribute Wall.

SERVICE DETAILS:

Viewing will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2023 from 4:00pm - 6:00pm at Divinity Mortuary.

Life Celebration Service of Mother Vivian Hawes will be held on Friday, August 18, 2023 at 12:00 Noon at Salvation and Deliverance Church, 1916 Burton Ln. North Charleston, SC 29405.   Bishop Kelvin Tyler, Sr. - Pastor
