Obituary
We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Sophia Laverne Mole - Magwood, 53, of Varnville, SC who entered into eternal rest with her loving mother and family by her bedside early Monday morning, September 11, 2023 at Roper Hospital, Charleston, SC. Sophia was the loving wife of Charles Henry Magwood Jr., forever loving mother of Charles Kilpatrick Magwood (Melissa), Cory Magwood and Charles Henry Magwood III; her precious granddaughter Mercy Psalm Magwood; Sophia’s loving parents Attorney Jerold Lee Murray & Elder Mary Elizabeth Mole; loving sister of Minister Jerolyn Elizabeth Murray and Patricia Louise Murray and a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews relatives and friends.
The family will be receiving family and friends from 12:00 Noon - 7:00pm Wednesday - Thursday and on Friday from 12:00 Noon - 5:00pm.at 129 Jumper St. Varnville, SC Please adhere to the time given by the family. A face masks is required to be worn and kept on while at the residence.
