JOSEPH A. GIBBS

We regret to announce the passing of Joseph A. Gibbs, 77, of Moncks Corner, SC who entered into eternal rest early Friday morning, April 14, 2023 at the Lowcountry Community Hospice House, Summerville, SC. Joseph will forever be the loving brother of Julia Campbell (Larry), Benjamin Warren, Anthony Warren, Rusty Haynes (Bernadine), Carlotta L. Smith & Lizzie Gibbs; 1 aunt Deloris Davis and host of loving relatives and friends.

Joseph was preceded in death by his parents Henry “Buck” and Scilla Rosetta Blanding Gibbs, his brothers and sister Christopher Gibbs, Charles Gibbs and Jacqueline Gibbs Morant.

The family will be receiving family and friends at 220 Shannonwood Dr. Moncks Corner, SC. A face mask is required to be worn while at the residence.

SERVICE DETAILS:

Public Viewing will be held on Friday, April 21, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Divinity Mortuary.

Home Going Service of Mr. Joseph Gibbs will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Abiding Word Family Ministries, 227 Abiding Way Moncks Corner, SC 29461
