We regret to announce the passing of George Wilton Nole aka "Babe" 74, of Jamestown, SC who entered into eternal rest on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Trident Medical Center in North Charleston, S.C.

George Wilton Nole also affectionately called “Babe” was born September 25th 1946 in Jamestown to the late Deacon George and Mittie Levine Nole. Babe was baptized at an early in Jehovah Holiness church and was educated in Berkeley County School District.
Babe moved to Baltimore in 1969 and gained knowledge and training in construction, roads and bridges, truck driving, and welding. Upon returning to South Carolina in the early 80’s he worked various jobs; then in 2011 he retired as a certified welder from Pegasus Steel.
Babe had a love for cooking, building, teaching, photog- raphy, traveling, and fishing. Babe loved his family uncon- ditionally! He was a member of the Shulerville Men's Club until its closure.
Babe is preceded in death by both parents, siblings: Rachel Levine, Johnny Nole, Harold Lee Nole, and Pearl Agbewornu.
Babe leaves to cherish his loving memories; children, Antonio Nole and Shanice (Arthur) Williams; siblings: Roosevelt (Leolia) Nole, Rosa (Henry) Burgess, Margaret Wright, Francena Nole, and Charlotte Nole; grandchildren: Denisha Nole, Delvon Jones, Donache Nole, Jeteria Nole, Khaleya Nole, Au’Narie Nole, Au’Riona Williams, Jada Williams, Auterial President, Jaden Williams, and De’Shon Williams; great-grands: Brielle Henry, Bryson White, and Delvon Jones Jr.; special aunt Louise Payne and a host of loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Viewing will be Friday, March 5, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Divinity Mortuary, 924 S. Live Oak Dr. Moncks Corner, SC 29461
Life Celebration will be held Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the Jamestown Steel Shed, 116 Steel Shed Lane, Jamestown, SC 29453
