LIFE REFLECTIONS OF DARRYL IVAN "CRAB" DINGLE
For we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. 2 Corinthians 5:1
Darryl Ivan Dingle, was born March 24, 1965. He was raised by his grandparents, Silas and Annie Blanding along with his mother, Lillie Mae Blanding Dingle.
Darryl was raised in the church and was a member of Day Dawn Baptist Church. He was a member of the Hospitality Committee and the Usher’s Board.
“Crab” as he was affectionately called loved his family and loved spending time with his family. He was a devoted son, father, brother, uncle, cousin and friend. Anyone who knew Darryl was touched by his kindness, humor, and mild temperament. He was truly a peacemaker.
Darryl grew up in the Pineville community. After graduating from St. Stephen High School, he worked at Albany International, St. Stephen, SC. He worked several jobs, but he wanted to be his own boss. He started his own business, Low Country Mobile Car Wash and Father and Son Lawn Care. He was a master detailer. If you wanted your car cleaned, just call him. He loved to cook and was a great cook. He did so many different jobs and mastered most of them. His last place of employment was with the Divinity Mortuary, LLC., Moncks Corner, SC. Darryl loved sports, his favorite NFL team was the Dallas Cowboys.
