Dashaun Livaughn Simmons was born August 1, 1992 to Tashia M. Simmons and Shaun E. Turner. DaShaun was known by family and friends as “Nephew”.  He entered into eternal rest on November 3, 2020.

DaShaun was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Laura and Levi Ferguson.

DaShaun leaves behind to cherish his memories, mother, Tashia Simmons; father, Shaun (Jennifer) Turner; daughter, AShauni Simmons (Delia Nelson, mother); grandmothers, Jennifer Ferguson and Mary Turner; siblings: Maya Jennifer Simmons, Kelvin Cain, Stephin Simmons, Jayla Hair, Daniel Mobley, Jeremy Keyes and Kadasia Milford; aunts,
Mercedez (Jamon) Hamilton-Matthews and Gwendolyn (Genia Porter) Jackson; uncles: Julian Ferguson, William Simmons III, and Randle Jackson II, cousins: Eric Houston, Tonnita Daniels, Shadel Joseph and Taylor Daniels; nieces: Mon’Yae Rivers, Da’Zyah White, Ta’Naylah Sumter, Ta’Myah Sumter, Ay’Vah Moore, Kylie Cain, Journee Jones and Jream Jones’ nephew, Chase Daniels and a host of other family and friends.

Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 2:00p.m. at the Alfred Williams Community Center 441 Durant Ave. North Charleston, SC 29405
