Life Reflections of Mr.Chester Green
The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. Psalm 18:2
Chester Green was born on January 14, 1936, to the union of Ransom and Earline Green in the Greenhill section of Moncks Corner SC.
Chester was educated in the public-school systems of Berkeley County. Chester was a pitcher in baseball and had an opportunity to try out for the Dodgers. He later had a daughter named Cathy. In 1957, He married his former wife, Odessa Green, and to that union he had four kids: Cheryl, Donald, Earline and Gail. They moved to New York in 1960 where Chester worked in the garment district. After over 20 years in the garment district, he retired and moved back to Moncks Corner in 1996.
In his leisure, he loved to fish, play cards and spend time with his family. He loved sports; his favorite teams were New York Mets and Dallas Cowboys.
