We regret to announce the heavenly transition from earth to glory of Mrs. Allaina Lashann Reese-Williams, 44, of Jamestown, SC who entered into eternal rest on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at 6:05 PM at Trident Medical Center in N. Charleston, SC.  She is the beloved and loving wife of Charles Williams III, the Mother of Christopher & La-Tia Williams of Jamestown, SC and the loving sister of Richauna Reese of Moncks Corner, SC.

Allaina Lashann Reese-Williams the daughter of the late Dolores Ramsey and the late Rev. Richard L. Reese was born March 2, 1977 in Charleston SC. On Saturday June 12, 2021, at Trident Regional Medical Center, North Charleston, SC, God reached down and picked his beautiful flower out his garden at 6:05 p.m.

Allaina who's affectionately known as "Laina" was educated in the Berkeley County School System and graduated from Macedonia High School class of 1995. Laina later received her Associate Degree in Medical Assistant at Centura College, North Charleston, SC.

At an early age, Laina accepted Christ as her Lord and Saviour and became a member of New Mt.. Zion A.M.E. Church Jamestown, SC under the leadership of Rev. Wilford Kinlaw. She served faithfully on the Junior Usher Board, Senior Choir, Steward Board, The Youth and Kinlaw Singers. She was willing to work wherever she was needed and was a cheerfully outgoing. Mother, wife, sister, and friend. She truly loved singing especially with her Daddy (the Late Rev. Richard Reese) and sisters (the Late Sandanae Reese), as well as beating the tambourine.

On May 27th, 2000 Laina was joined in Holy Matrimony to Charles D. Williams III, from this union two beautiful children were born, whom she adored and loved very much.

Allaina leaves to cherish her wonderful memories of 21 years her husband; Charles D. Williams III; her children, Christopher Williams and La Tia Williams, a sister; Richauna Reese; father-in-law; Charles Williams Jr.,  sister-law; Donna Williams, brother-in-law; Tyrone Williams, Aunts; Adlean Nole and Betty Morrison, adopted sisters; Sis. Roxie White and Gloria Winns-Myers; God Sister; Carolyn Shuler; God Brother; Carlton Hill; a dear best friend; Tawanda Gant; nieces; Kayla Reese, Le Onderia Williams, Kahmeille Watson, and Ryan Reese; Nephews: Kabreil Reese, Kyleir Reese and Va Dontrelle Williams, grand nieces; Kayden Reese, Justice Reese, Kenya Reese, Za' Nyah Reese. grand nephews; Kabreil Reese Jr, Jojuan Wallace, Joe Berry Lockridge Jr, a host of other relatives, and friends.

Viewing will be held on Friday, June 18, 2021 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Divinity Mortuary, 924 S. Live Oak Dr. Moncks Corner, SC 29461

Life Celebration will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 11:00 AM at New Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church 1553 French Santee Rd. Jamestown, SC 29453

Interment: New Mt. Zion A.M.E. Church Cemetery
