We regret to announce the passing of Velma Linning, 60, of Moncks Corner, SC who entered into eternal rest on Monday, September 12, 2022 at her residence at 10:40 PM with her loving family by her bedside. Velma was the wife of James Linning, Jr., loving mother of Shanice Wright & Clarence Darnell (Christi) Wright; loving daughter of John (Ruth) Stevens, and the Late Susan Bell Stephens; mother-in-law, Marion E. Varner Linning; loving sister of Edith Mae Smalls, Wilma Jean (Eli) Williams, Laura Ann Stephens & John Dexter Lee (DelMarie) Stephens.

The family will be receiving family and friends at their residence. Continue to keep the Wright, Stephens and Linning family in your prayers.

Viewing will be held on Friday, September 16, 2022 from 4-6 PM at Divinity Mortuary.

A face mask must be worn and kept on at all times during the visitation.

Life Celebration Service will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Canaan Christian Church, 1232 Queenie Rd. Moncks Corner, SC 29461  Reverend Joseph Brown- Pastor
