Ronetta H. L. (Snipe) Rogers

We regret to announce the passing of Ronetta H. L. Snipe - Rogers, 47, of Moncks Corner, SC who entered into eternal rest on Thursday, August 6, 2020. The loving wife of Kenneth Rogers.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the family will not be receiving guests at their residence.

The family appreciates all of your calls, texts, cards, support and most of all for understanding. Please continue to keep the Snipe-Rogers family in your prayers.

Life Reflections of Ronetta Snipe-Rogers

I have fought a good fight, and have finished my course. Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness. 2 Timothy 4:7-8

Ronetta Higashi LaCasker Snipe-Rogers was the daughter of the late Mr. Harry Louis Snipe and Rev. Jeanette Brown Snipe. She was born on January 25, 1973 in Berkeley County Hospital in Moncks Corner, South Carolina.  On August 6, 2020, she heard the Master's call "Servant of God well done. The battle has been fought, the victory has been won, come enter into thy Master's joy."

At an early age Ronetta accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior and was baptized June 2, 1985 under the pastorate of the Late Rev. Jeremiah Bradley, becoming a member of Anderson Baptist Church.

Ronetta was educated in the Berkeley County School System, and graduated from Berkeley High School Class of 1991.

Ronetta was a very kind hearted person, with a sweet soul and beautiful smile that lit up the world. She loved to sing and cook, "Thinking she was the greatest griller".

Ronette Snipe-Rogers leaves to cherish her memories: her loving husband; Mr. Kenneth Rogers;  two sons; Mr. Lamaj D.J. Snipe and Na'Juon E. Snipe;  one grandson; Kyree Snipe;  Loving Mother Rev. Jeanette B. Snipe;  one brother; Mr. Alejandro J. (Tanya) Snipe, four brothers-in-law; Willie Earl Rogers,  Althonia (Gloria) Rogers,  Scottie (Yolanda) Rogers and Ronnie (Bena) Rogers;  three sisters-in-law;  Juanita Rogers, Debra Rogers and Cornelia Rogers; four nieces; Kierra Rogers, T'Andria Snipe, Sierra Rogers and Alejandria Snipe;  and one nephew; Damian Rogers;  aunts, uncles, grandaunts, and granduncles, a host of cousins and friends far and near who loved her and will miss her dearly.

Due to COVID-19, everyone is required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
