It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful transition of Mother Christina Elizabeth Snyder, 96, of McClellanville, SC who entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, February 6, 2024. Mother Snyder affectionately known as "Tina" accepted Christ at an early age. She worked faithfully in her church until her health began to fail, but even in sickness she still held on to the horns of the altar and kept her faith in God. Mother Snyder was truly a warrior in the army of the Lord and one of the Matriarch of the Snyder family. She will be missed dearly amongst her family, Community and her church Bethel AME Church in McClellanville, SC. Mother Christina E. Snyder will forever be cherished by her loving sisters Bernelle Weathers, Lucille Stricklan and Victoria Weston; special niece and nephew Francis D. Smith & Clara Erma Gibbs and a host of many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

The family will NOT be receiving family and friends at their residence during this time. Please respect the family during this time and continue to keep the Snyder family, the Community and Bethel AME Church family in your prayers. You are welcome to leave your condolences on our Tribute Wall.
