It is with profound sadness that Divinity Mortuary LLC, alongside the Bible and Evans families, announce the passing of Mr. Michael Ray Bible, Sr., 70, of Summerville, who entered into eternal rest on Monday, May 18, 2026.

Michael leaves to cherish his precious memories: his loving wife, Lynda; his beloved children, Michael Bible Jr., Marcel Bible, and Monty Bible; and his five cherished grandchildren, Amaria Bible, Candon Bible, Malik Bible, Analise Bible, and Ciara Bible. He also leaves behind his loving brothers, Gary Wayne Bible, Harold Lee Bible, Demetrius Bible, Norman Bible Jr., and Lopez Bible, along with a host of devoted aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends who will forever treasure his memory.

Michael was preceded in death by his father, Norman Bible, and his mother, B. Ethel Bolden Bible.

The Bible and Evans family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to all family and friends, both near and far, for the many acts of love, kindness, prayers, and support shown during this difficult time of bereavement.

Michael will be laid to rest in Seattle, Washington.
