Mary (Manigault) Jenkins

It is with heavy hearts and bowed heads that we announce the Heavenly transition from Earth to Glory of Mother Mary M. Jenkins, 93, of Irmo, SC who heard the Master's call and answered to receive her just reward on Thursday evening at 7:03 PM, November 24, 2022 at Prisma Richland Hospital in Columbia, SC.  Mother Jenkins will forever be the beautiful God fearing loving mother of Josephine Worrell, Chester VA, Anthony (Veronica) Jenkins, Dayton OH, Dr. Deborah Chandler, Tampa FL, Randy Jenkins, Grandview MO, Andrea (Gregory) Murray, Greenville SC, Darryl (Tracy) Jenkins, Bensalem PA, Shelia (Marion) Haney, Columbia SC, son-in-law: John Boone, Summerville, SC & William Mackey, New Castle (Delaware).

Mother Jenkins was preceded in death by her loving husband Arthur Jenkins, Jr., daughters Gloria Jenkins Boone & Sharon L. Jenkins Mackey and sisters Bessie Dawson & Margaret Jefferson.

Public Viewing will be held on Friday, December 2, 2022 at Divinity Mortuary, 924 S. Live Oak Drive, Moncks Corner, SC 29461 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM. A face mask is required to be worn.

Home Going Celebration Service of Mother Jenkins will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 12:00 Noon at Greater Refuge Temple, 230 Huger St. Charleston, SC 29403

Mother Jenkins final resting place will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens, 2915 Ashley Phosphate Rd. North Charleston, SC 29418
