We regret to announce the passing of Martha W. Huggins, 75, of Summerville, SC who entered into eternal rest on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 12:38PM at her residence. Martha W. Huggins was the Beloved Wife of George Huggins, the loving Mother of Curtis (Karly) Huggins & Michael (Jennifer) Huggins.

Martha Jean Wright Huggins daughter of Milinor (Miriam) D. Wright and sister of David Wright passed away November 18, 2021 at her residence from COPD.

Jean was born in Summers Point N.J. and lived in Dorchester N.J.

Jean graduated from Millville N.J. High school, after graduating she married George M. Huggins III (Buddy) and moved to N.Charleston S.C. and later moved to Summerville S.C. where she attended St. John's Bethel Baptist Church which she was active in.

Jean had two boys Curtis (Karly) M. Huggins and Michael (Jennifer) A. Huggins and six grandkids; Cj (Tiffany) M. Huggins, Kaeleigh, Caleb, Hayden, Grayson, and Kinsley.

Jean graduated from beautician school then later moved on to work at Bosch where she retired (at 61) Jean had many hobbies in her life like sports, drawing, painting, and crocheting, Jean was loved by everyone and she will forever be missed.

A memorial will be held at St. John's Bethel Baptist Church on Monday November 22, 2021. She is being sent to N.J. to be buried beside her mother, father, and brother.
