It is with much great sadness that we announce the passing of Lawrence Bennett, 92, of Pineville, SC who entered into eternal rest on Monday, October 7, 2024 at Trident Medical Center, N. Charleston, SC. Lawrence was the loving father of Stephanie (Simmie) Wilson of Tampa, FL, Seneca Bennett-Belinfontie of Upper Marlboro, MD, Jennifer Bennett of Pineville, SC, Lawrence S. Bennett, Jr. of Tampa, FL and LaVanaugh (Angela) Bennett of Mulberry, FL; (5) grandchildren; (3) great-grandchildren; loving siblings; Willie Bennett Jr., Jerome (Carla) Bennett, Benjamin (Gladys) Bennett, Dorothy M. Brown, Rebecca Jones, Retha Mae Robinson, Rachel (Henry) Bennett, Thelma Simmons and Laverne Bennett and a host of many loving nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Mr. Lawrence was preceded in death by his wife Amy Ruth McCray-Bennett and his brother Joseph Bennett.

SERVICE  DETAILS :

Public Viewing will be held on MONDAY, October 14, 2024 from 11:00AM - 11:50AM. There will also be a final viewing at the end of the service.

Life Celebration Service of Mr. Lawrence Bennett will be held on MONDAY, October 14, 2024 at 12:00 Noon at Messiah RE Church, 3133 SC-45 Pineville, SC 29468.

Interment: Mexico Cemetery, SC- 45 Pineville, SC 29468.
