Divinity Mortuary alongside the Wigfall and Ballard family regret to announce the passing of Latoya Ballard Wigfall, 50, of Cross, SC who entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 22, 2026. Latoya leaves to cherish her memories her loving husband of 27 years, George Wigfall, Jr; mother-in-law: Anna Mariah Wigfall; daughter: Alicia V. Wigfall and stepchildren, Lt. Col (Ret) Georgereeco J. Wigfall (Jasmine), Andre’ D. Wigfall (Rene’), Elder Shavonne O. Wigfall; Grandchildren: Alaïna Wigfall, Hazel Wigfall; Step-Grandchildren: Roman Wigfall, Ethan Wigfall, Myles Wigfall, Reese Wigfall, Javon Wigfall, Avondrea B. Wigfall-Carter; loving sister: Rasheeta Nyema Blake; aunts and uncles: Charlotte Ballard-Vance (Robert C. III), Garnet Wright (Evergene); Sisters and brothers-in-law: Hannah Smalls (Jerome), Rev. Dr. Shirley Pinckney (Rev. William), Geraldine Butler (Stephen), Georgiann Rogers (Elder Willis), Nathaniel Wigfall, Earl Wigfall (Kimberly), Thelma Bell (Melvin), Angela Wigfall-Mack (Tim) and a host of loving nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Latoya was preceded in death by her daughter, Mariah Candice Wigfall; Mother: Vernelle June Ballard-Blake; Grandmother: Amabel Ruth Ballard; Father in-law: George Wigfall, Sr. and sister in-law, Saundra Wigfall.

The family will be receiving guests on Monday and Tuesday from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. Please adhere to the hours given by the family.
