We regret to announce the passing June Flores Diaz, 60, of Moncks Corner, SC who entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at Trident Medical Center, N. Charleston, SC with her loving family by her bedside. June affectionately known as "Kay" was the loving and devoted wife of Juan Flores-Diaz; forever loving mother of Levi Simmons, Prencess Lane, Casey Simmons & Trayvon Simmons; loving grandchildren Delante Davis, Chadora Simmons, Jada Simmons, Avery Rhames, Maliki McKelvey & Ariana Simmons; l oving siblings Junetta Reid, Gwendlyn Moore, Jacob Reid (Trisha), Mary Staggers and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

"Kay" was preceded in death by her parents Jacob D. & Orpha Walker-Reid, (1) granddaughter; grandmother Essie Walker and son in law Robert Lane.

The family will be receiving family and friends at their residence. A face mask is required to be worn and kept on at all times while at the residence.
