Jimmy Lee Jones, Sr.

We regret to announce the passing of Jimmy Lee Jones, Sr., 78, of Moncks Corner, SC who entered into eternal rest on Friday, April 26, 2024 at Trident Medical Center, N. Charleston, SC. Jimmy was a Veteran and served in the United States Army, he was also a respected and very well known man in his Community and surrounding areas. Jimmy was the loving and devoted husband of 54 wonderful bless years to the apple of his eyes Patricia B. Jones; forever loving father of Natalie Tinch, Gary L. Minyard, Jimmy Lee Jones, Jr., and Patryce Denise Jones; (4 )grandchildren, (5) great-grandchildren; uncles: Milton (Sharon) Nicholson, Floyd (Mamie) Nicholson; sister in laws: Patricia (Robert) Lowell, Ruth Middleton, Middleton (Dorothy) Fladger; special daughter Priscilla (Danny) Clark, special friend Rochester Pitts and a host of loving nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

The family will not be receiving family and friends at their residence during this time . Continue to keep his loving wife Mrs. Patricia, their children and family in your prayers during this difficult time.

SERVICE DETAILS :

There will be NO VIEWING on Friday, May 3, 2024 .

Mr. Jimmy Lee Jones will lie in state at Greater St. AME Church, 1831 Jedburg Rd. Summerville, SC 29486 from 9:30 am until the hour of service. Rev. Archie Fair - Pastor

** THERE WILL BE NO VIEWING AT THE END OF THE SERVICE **

Interment: Wilson Cemetery, 1768 Longridge Rd. Moncks Corner, SC 29461
