Janet was the loving mother of William Kelly, Stepfon Kelly, Kristoff Kelly, Amy Kelly, (6) grandchildren, Shialasia Street, Aamir Kelly, Chenille Gilliard, Krishya Kelly, Keon Kelly, Kaveon Kelly; sibling, David Kelly and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Janette was preceded in death by her husband, Willie B. Moorer, Sr.
