Jakari "Ky" Rahaun Simmons

It is with great sadness Divinity Mortuary alongside the Simmons family announce the passing of Jakari Rahaun Simmons, 18, of Pineville, SC who entered into eternal rest on Thursday, June 19, 2025. Jakari was a very respectful young man. He was fun to be around, he loved his mother, family and friends. Jakari loved the sport of football. Jakari was a proud graduate of Timberland High School, class of 2025. Jakari had a very bright future ahead of him and was headed off to College in August. Jakari will be deeply missed by his mother, family, friends and all who knew him. Jakari was the loving son of, Aremesia N. Simmons, loving sister, Azyra R'reunnia Simmons, loving grandfather, Gregory Green and a host of loving aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends.

Life Celebration Service for Jakari R. Simmons will be held on Monday, June 30, 2025, at 1:00pm at Redeemer RE Church, 2173 SC-45 Pineville, SC.

Jakari will lie in state at Redeemer RE Church from 12:00 Noon - 12:45pm.

Interment: Jim Eady Cemetery, Cross, SC
