LIFE REFLECTIONS OF IRIS EDDIE “Bubblegum” WILLIAMS

Iris Eddie “Bubblegum” Williams was born on May 3, 2016, to April Williams and Clifford Williams Jr. He departed this life on April 18, 2026, at the tender age of 9. His presence was a precious gift, and his memory will be cherished forever.

Irish was a bright and joyful child who brought happiness to everyone he met. He was autistic, incredibly smart, and full of laughter. Irish had a special way of lighting up a room with his smile and playful spirit, and he loved everyone wholeheartedly. Although nonverbal, Irish expressed himself in the most meaningful ways with his smile, laughter, and happy spirit.

He found comfort and happiness in the things he loved most, like playing on his phone, which was his favorite, and enjoying balloons, bubbles, Play-Doh, and kinetic sand. Irish loved playing with his toys and spending time in the water. One of his favorite games was Connect Four, and he had a special love for the letters Y, J, and E, as well as triangles.

Irish adored animals, especially puppies, and loved going outside each day to wait for the school bus, making it known when it was not on time. He enjoyed trips to the park, sitting on the trampoline while others bounced him, and being chased and tickled around the house. He liked to stay clean and often wanted to take multiple showers throughout the day. Irish also had a big appetite for his favorite foods, including chicken, pizza, tacos, turkey and ham sandwiches, and spaghetti.

Irish was truly loved by all who had the blessing of knowing him. His warm spirit, pure joy, and the love he gave so freely without words will remain in our hearts forever.

Though he stayed with us only a little while, Irish filled our world with immeasurable love, and we find comfort in knowing his gentle spirit now rests in perfect peace, embraced by a love greater than words.
