Guy Gourdine

We regret to announce the passing of Guy Gourdine, 73, of Atlanta, GA (formerly of St. Stephen, SC) who entered into eternal rest on Friday, June 2, 2023. Guy was the loving father of Michelle Wynn (Bruce II), Sharonda Whitaker (Sherard), Sharon Dawson (Shawn) and Danielle Gourdine; 7 loving grandchildren; loving brother of Patricia Matthews (Levon) and Doris Jameson (Robert).

Mr. Gourdine was preceded in death by his wife and friend of 27 years Vernell Mitchell Gourdine, his parents; Tillman & Annie Gourdine; brothers; William Gourdine, Ronald Gourdine and Alfred Gourdine.

The family will be receiving family and friends at his daughter Sharon's residence 549 Lenox Way, St. Stephen, SC 29479

SERVICE DETAILS :

Public Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 8, 2023 from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM at Divinity Mortuary.  A face mask is required to be worn during the visitation.

Graveside Service for Mr. Guy Gourdine will be held on Friday, June 9, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Greenlawn Cemetery, 4546 Highway 52 Saint Stephen, SC 29479.
