Mother Carter will forever be the loving mother of Diana (Curtis) Reid, Wyndmoor, PA; and Pansy Theirse, St. Stephen, SC; grandsons; Justin and Devon, Wyndmoor, PA and Tyrek, Greenville, SC; sister-in-law, Shirley Carter, Philadelphia, PA and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
