It is with humble submission and bowed heads that we announce the peaceful transition of one of God's own First Lady Daisy Mae Lee, 95, of Eutawville, SC affectionately known as "Dae" who went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 21, 2023 with her loving children by her side. Mother Lee was a God fearing woman of God who loved and served the Lord faithfully. Mother Lee truly believed the word of God in Hebrews 12:14 when it says "Holiness without no man shall see the Lord". Mother Lee was the Matriarch of her family and will be missed dearly amongst her family, Church Family, the Community and all who knew her. The family draws comfort in knowing that the word of God says in 2 Corinthians 5:8 that WE are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord. Mother Lee will forever be the sweet loving mother of Dorothy (Triston Lewis) of Orangeburg, SC, William (Shirley) Lee of Eutawville, SC, Harriet (Lonzell) Woodard of Stone Mountain, GA, Cherry (Ronald) Gregory of Danburg, CT, Crizella (Pastor William) McCall of Darlington, SC, James (Jenny) Lee of Eutawville, SC and Stacie (Pastor Daron) Shuler of Eutawville, SC., eleven grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren 5 loving sisters and a host of many loving nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Mother Lee was preceded in death by her husband Overseer James Hezekiah Lee, (2) children, Lourine Bell and Paul Lee.
The family will be receiving family and friends at their residence. A face mask is required to be worn and kept on at all times while at the residence. You are welcome to leave your condolences on our Tribute Wall.
