Ethel was the loving daughter of Neomia Williams-Cuttino; (3) loving children, Brittany, Adam, and Alicia (2) grandchildren, Amias and Amiyah; (2) brothers, Maurice and Terrell, and a host of loving aunts, nieces, cousins and other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service for Ethel Cuttino will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 3:00pm at Day Dawn Baptist Church, 2057 SC-45 Pineville, SC 29468. Rev. Joshua Prioleau - Pastor.
