Divinity Mortuary alongside the Vance, Stephens, Mazyck, Joseph and Varner family regret to announce the transition of Mrs. Ellen Elizabeth Stephens-Joseph-Vance, 74, of Moncks Corner, SC who went home to be with the Lord on September 17, 2025, at Roper Hospital, Charleston, SC with her loving family by her bedside. Mrs. Ellen leaves to cherish her memories her loving children, Roger (Lisa Ann) Stephens, Noah Joseph, Micheal (Metoyia) Joseph, Tawna (Javon) Middleton, Brandolyn (Jeremy) Vance-Polite; (41) grands; (72) great-grands; (1) sister-n-law: Janie Stephens, (1) aunt: Rachel Jamerson, and a host of many loving nieces/grand nieces nephews/grand nephews and other relatives and friends.

Mother Ellen Vance was preceded in death by her parents, Moses Nehemiah Stephens and Dora Elleanna Mazyck-Stephens-Ford; siblings: Richard Stephens, Janie Mae (Harrison) Dubberry, Trennie Bell (James) Stephens, Jessie Mae (Jake) Perry, Andrew (Maggie) Stephens, Clifford Stephens; uncle: Bill Smith; (2) grands: (3) great-grands.
