It is with profound sadness Divinity Mortuary alongside the Scott and Taiste family, announce the passing of DaMell Rah-Kur Scott, 21, of Moncks Corner, SC, who entered into eternal rest on Thursday, June 18, 2026.

DaMell leaves to cherish his loving parents, Damond Scott and Aelicia Taiste, loving siblings, DaQwanz Scott, DaMarje' Scott, ZhNya Scott, DaQwae' Scott and Lazbia Ford, grandparents, Betty (Andrew) Whittaker and a host of loving aunts, uncles, niece, nephews and other relatives and friends.

The family will receive guest at their residence between the hours of 1:00p.m. and 7:00p.m. Please adhere to the hours given by the family and keep the Scott and Taiste family in your prayers during this difficult time.

DaMell was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joshua Husser, Denise Anderson and Jacob Taiste, Jr.
