Mrs. Barbara Jean (Holmes) Wright

We regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Barbara Jean Holmes-Wright, 75, of Moncks Corner, SC who entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at her residence with her loving daughter by her bedside. Barbara Jean was the loving mother of Tara M. Wright and Edward D. Wright; (2) grandchildren: Brandace Perritte and Gemari Nelson; (2) great-grands: Brayden and DaKaiya Perritte; loving siblings: Robert Holmes, Carolyn Harris, Eleanor Mitchell, Lucille (James) Sellers, Willieann Holmes, Idalee Campbell, Ann Gaillard, Tony Holmes and a host of many loving nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Barbara Jean was preceded in death by her parents Willie and Thelma Pettigrew-Holmes; siblings: Willie Holmes, Eddie Holmes, Bernard Mitchell, David Holmes, Johnny Holmes, Walter Holmes and Juanita Sumpter.

The family will not be receiving any visitation during this time. The family would like to thank you for the out pouring of love that's already been extended and shown to them. You are welcome to leave your condolences on our Tribute Wall.
