It is with great sadness Divinity Mortuary alongside the Ratliff Family announce the passing of Arthur L.Ratliff, Jr., 74, of St. Stephen, SC who entered into eternal rest on Thursday morning, January 23, 2025 at his residence. Arthur was the loving husband to the apple of his eyes Deloris Ratliff; loving father of Michele Vice, Consuelo Alexander Burney, Calvin D. Ratliff and Arthur L. Ratliff and a host of many loving relatives and friends.

Arthur was proceeded in death by his parents Arthur L. & Nancy L. Ratliff, Sr., siblings: Rebecca Ratliff & Dennis Ratliff and his grandson, Calvin D. Ratliff.

The family will be receiving guests at their residence between the hours of 4:00pm - 7:00pm. Please adhere to the hours given by the family.

Service Details :

There will be NO Public Viewing held on Thursday. Mr. Ratliff will lie in state from 10:00am until the hour of service on Friday morning, January 31, 2025.

Life Celebration Service for Mr. Arthur L. Ratliff, Jr, will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025 at 11:00am at the Alvin Recreation Center, Alvin/ St. Stephen, SC

Interment: Bethlehem Baptist Memorial Cemetery, Greentown Rd. St. Stephen, SC
